Have you been having difficulty sleeping at night? Are you tired of tossing and turning? Do you feel sleepy while at work? Well if you answered yes to any of those questions, I have found the solution you are looking for! Sleep with your dog!

According to New York Times, Sleeping with your dog may actually be beneficial to your sleep patterns. The Mayo Clinic recently conducted a study to determine whether or not having a dog’s presence in the bedroom would disturb a person’s sleep. The findings showed that the people who had a dog sleep with them in bed, had a better nights sleep than those who did not.

Of course there are exceptions, like if you have asthma or pet allergies, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends keeping dogs out of the bedroom.
