It was February, 1959 when the music world lost the legend's Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper and Ritchie Valens.

And did you know that country music legend Waylon Jennings was there that night in snowy Iowa?  Yes, Ol Waylon was playing in Buddy's band, the Crickets, that fateful night.

Not only that, Waylon actually gave up his seat in the ill-fated airplane.
